Shri Jamuna Prasad Mauraya Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan, Varanasi, is a relatively young educational institution in the city, established in the year 2014. This co-educational institute, located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, works with the aim of providing education in teacher education. The college is an affiliated institution, and the National Council of Teacher Education has given its approval for its proper working. The institute is functioning from a compact 2.58-acre campus with a total student strength of 1,013 and a faculty strength of 28.

The institute offers both of these two-year programs with the same goals and objectives, such as making the students empowered and committed to taking up a career in teaching and education. The sanctioned intake of the institution is 200, out of which the B.Ed. and the D.El.Ed. courses can accommodate 100 students each. 

The admission procedure is merit-based of Shri Jamuna Prsad Maurya Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan that shall be based on the marks of the qualifying examination. Admission to the B.Ed. course shall also be done on the basis of marks obtained in entrance tests or any other selection process as per the State Government, UT Administration and University to which it is affiliated. As far as D.El.Ed. is concerned, admission is made based on merit in qualifying examination, entrance test result, or any other selection process of the State Government or UT Administration.
