According to the NIRF Overall Report 2025, Lucknow University placed 497 undergraduate students. The placement rates vary for different UG programs. For the 3-year UG program, 180 out of 291 graduating students were placed. In the 4-year UG program, 196 out of 296 graduates secured placements. For the 5-year UG program, 121 out of 155 graduating students were placed.
Lucknow University scholarships come under the Student Welfare Fund (SWF). There are two schemes that come under the University of Lucknow scholarships - the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and the Karmyogi Scheme. SC/ST scholarship is also one of the scholarships. The selection of applicants who require financial aid under the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and Karmyogi Scheme is decided by a committee whose chairperson is the Dean of Student Welfare (DSW).
