There are two schemes that come under the University of Lucknow scholarships - the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and the Karmyogi Scheme. SC/ST scholarship is also one of the scholarships. The selection of applicants who require financial aid under the Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship and Karmyogi Scheme is decided by a committee whose chairperson is the Dean of Student Welfare (DSW).

The infrastructure of the university is very developed yet there are loopholes but the management is somewhere trying to build it more properly. Some buildings of the university are very old and in very worse condition, the renewation work is going on in that area ( FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT) it's the oldest building of the university beautifully decorated with art works, buildings were broken and all but right now the work is going on there. Rest of the university is far more built we can say . Overall review for infrastructure is good .
