The Government of India initiated a programme Swayam and build it to accomplish the three cardinals of Indian Education Policy, i.e. Quality, Equity and Access. Swayam is devised so that the underprivileged students are reconciled with technology, as they formerly had no access to digital resources and remained unaware of its advantages. The intention behind the project is to make the finest education available to all, even the most distressed ones and enable them to join the mainstream of knowledge.
