Swayam is devised so that the underprivileged students are reconciled with technology, as they formerly had no access to digital resources and remained unaware of its advantages. The intention behind the project is to make the finest education available to all, even the most distressed ones and enable them to join the mainstream of knowledge.
The programme runs effectively as it has a platform that hosts all the courses taught in classrooms from Class 9 to Post- Graduation on online servers which are procurable anytime, from anywhere, by anyone. Thousands of faculties and teachers were chosen specially for the creation of the courses which are interactive and inclusive of the described syllabus and are available for free.
The courses which are put up on Swayam are available in four kinds, each holding specific purpose and intention, following the art of pedagogy to enrich the teaching-learning process.
