Course Details

The Accounting for Managerial Decisions certification course provided by Swayam is an initiative to educate those interested candidates who wish to pursue higher and quality education in the field of Accounting and aspire to be a manager. This course is spread out for a duration of 16 weeks. The course credit is 6, and it will require almost 180 hours of preparation.

The main focus of this course will be upon two concepts: Management Accounting, and, Cost Accounting. Candidates will be taught the core fundamentals that will prove to go a long way in securing job opportunities.
These fundamentals include knowledge about the differences in management accounting, which is basically mastering the ability to select the best alternatives available to produce a fine result; and concepts of cost accounting, which means to minimize cost and maximize profit.
