M.Arch Urban and Regional Planning at AAERT and SSB Faculty of Architecture, Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat Offline Course

The candidate shall have passed Bachelor of Architecture or B.Plan / B.E./B. Tech. (Civil Engineering) or Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (Five Years Program) or Bachelor of Planning or Post Graduation in Geography or Economics or Sociology degree programs from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum CGPA of 5.0 in a 10 point scale OR with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 45% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.

Students should have cleared the Common Entrance Test (CET) Exam conducted by ACPC with a minimum qualification of 50% marks.
