Faridkot College, Abbnoor Institute of Information Technology (AIIT), Punjab came into existence in the year 2008. Located on Ferozpur Road this institute has for the past ten years been offering excellent education in different fields. Undergraduate and postgraduate programs that are taught at AIIT vary to ensure that they meet the needs of everyone. This fact proves the institute provides students with the educational services of high quality associated with the usage of available facilities and student-oriented approach. The institution has remained committed to providing quality education, and all round student development.

The institute facility includes complex structures that aim at improving the learning process and the development of the students. Library is an integral part of AIIT which contains thousands of books that include all basic disciplines. As to library services, students are allowed to borrow books and use the leading newspapers to read and stay informed. The infrastructure facility is available in the campus includes well well-established laboratory which helps a lot in giving practical sessions which are required for technical studies. Available for compound use for health and wellness are a first-aid facility and a gym for AIIT students and employees. The college also has sports grounds and undertakes to take the students for participation in various activities such as competitions in cricket, badminton and table tennis to mention but a few. There is a canteen located mostly in the university compound which supplies food for eating among students and staff. In an effort to be of convenient to the users of this institute, the institute offers transport facilities that reach some of the most important cities and villages within a 60 km radius. An auditorium is used for events and seminars and a guest house is used to house guest faculty and students families.

This Platz is indicated by the fact that Abbnoor Institute of Information Technology has enrolled 8 courses in total across disciplines. These include bachelor's degrees, master’s degrees and doctorial programs, all of which are full-time programs. The institute provides 4 undergraduate programs: The course exists in 4 specialized fields with an intake capacity of 80 students per type of course: BBA, BCA, B.Com, and BA. The courses in the postgraduate level are available in which the AIIT offers M.Com with 80 seats, MBA with 80 Seats and MCA with 80 Seats. Also, the institute offers a B.Sc program with the same number of students in as a capacity.
