Abdul Razaq Memorial Degree College, Shahpur, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh was established in the year 2015. Being an affiliated college, it has a total intake of 506 in two undergraduate programmes. Through the Arts and Science streams, it offers education at Shahpur Dasar, P.O. Pakwara, Sambhal. Although the institute is still in its growing years, it strives to impart quality education to the students here. 

Abdul Razaq Memorial Degree College has various facilities that help enrich the learning processes of its students.
