Being one of the affiliated colleges instituted in 2007, this college trains aspiring educators for the last ten years to become professionals. Its campus is located in the peaceful environment of Chinairlapadu Village, a beautiful 3-acre campus that provides the perfect learning and growth arena. ABR College of Education has accreditation by NCTE, thereby providing its programs on par with national standards in the fields of teacher education.

The college provides a combination of facilities to aid the academic pursuits of the student. The library is well-stocked and serves as a source of knowledge, providing the students access to high and low academic resources. Practical learning experiences are enabled through state-of-the-art laboratories and the latest technology. The IT infrastructure of the college is well-equipped and enables all the students to acquire the latest equipment in educational technology.

ABR College of Education offers focused range of education courses. Mainly there are three courses offered by the college, namely, B.Ed, D.Ed and M.Ed in education. The flagship course is the B.Ed programme, which has an intake of 100 seats and is a full-time two-year course. Along with that, there are 100 seats in D.Ed and 50 seats in M.Ed. These programmes will equip students with knowledge, skills, and practice for a successful teaching and education administration career.

The admission process at ABR College of Education is merit-based. That is with the guidelines and policies set by the state government and UT Administration, and that of the affiliated university. For the B.Ed programme, there are strictly merit-based admissions through marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
