Acharya Institute of Allied Health Sciences is the newly founded Institute offering quality Healthcare education in Bengaluru, started in the year 2018. This affiliated college is situated in Soladevanahalli, Bangalore; this college provides a plethora of allied health science courses. Apart from land, another advantage of the institute is spacious 120 acres where enough grounds for learning is created. Thus total student intake being 147 and a faculty of 27 the institute provides personal attention to each student along with quality education. The college was established in 2007 with 8 Undergraduate Courses in different disciplines of Allied Health Sciences as per increasing need of the Health Care Industry.
Acharya Institute of Allied Health Sciences is proud of having some of the best facilities for learning through technological equipments that are modern. The Learning Resource Centre has over one hundred thousand document collections, two hundred print journals, over ten thousand full-text journal and e-books subscriptions. Sport lovers can make their use of the good Sporting facilities for the different games and exercises. The institute hosts 1500 students within the boys’ hostels and an equal number of girl student hostels. Every hostel is provided with all necessary facilities and is run and supervised by qualified wardens. This also includes fully equipped laboratory facilities, health center, gym and a cafeteria. For students’ all-around development, the institute promotes affair with several clubs including, Nature Watch Club, Music Club, Arts Club.
The undergraduates programmes offered by the Acharya Institute of Allied Health Sciences include allied health sciences education. At present the institute offers 8 full time courses, all are under B.Sc., with specialisations in Renal Dialysis Technology, Imaging Technology, Optometry, and Hospital Administration etc..
