Adarsh Education College situated at Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India has been set up in 2013. Located on a scarce ground of 0.9429 acres it is primarily involved in offering teacher education. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program of this institution is two years with total intake capacity of hundred students where the prime aim is to prepare secondary and higher secondary teacher. The second is Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) a two-year course for 50 students prepared for teaching at the primary level. Both courses are designed to develop the theoretical aspect of the courses, and practical skills necessary for teaching. The total number of students taken in the two programs is one hundred and fifty, to ensure that the college admitted adequate number of students to ensure quality education while at the same time ensuring that the student teacher ratio could be maintained.

Admissions policy and procedure of Adarsh Education College is approved with reference to CET Cell of Mumbai University and Director of higher education of Pune University. In case of B.Ed program all the seats are as per the Government Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Round only it means it is fair education and admission process. The D.El.Ed admissions involve merit list in accordance with the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test as the norms of state government prescribe.
