Adarsh MD Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ghazipur, promoted in 2014 is one of the prime women college/Talwal Ghazipur UP. This is a fairly young university aimed to give the female students of the region a chance to receive higher education. The college presently has only one program leading to the award of the Bachelor of Arts having a student enrollment of one hundred and ninety-three. Situated at the college level, with only 5 faculty members, the student membership of the college is able enough to provide a good student faculty ratio and thus enjoy direct teaching with the students. The institution aims at the growth of women in higher education for females students only which is a key factor on the advancement of women in education in Uttar Pradesh.

This is a three year undergraduate program that offers an education in arts and humanities. Though subfields in the BA program are not described, the program should include various subjects common to liberal arts education. Since the college admits only 193 students in the total hence its has a selective approach to admitting students to enhance close monitor and counseling of the students.
