Adventist College of Nursing is one of the best and premier nursing institutes situated in Bangalore and was started in the year 2006. It is a co-educational institution in Dooravaninagar, Bengaluru and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) which provides various specialisation in nursing. The college is situated in a small area of 5-acres for the total enrolment strength of 149 students with a team of faculties of 19 in total. The institute presents 4 courses in 2 degrees, where students can specialise in pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology and medical-surgical nursing.

The Adventist College of Nursing is proud to offer a broad range of learning through availing the latest facilities in the college. In its training facilities, students are able to utilise Fundamental Lab, Anatomy Lab which are important in abetting skills on practical nursing. Beacon provides knowledge centre and houses various resources that are of importance in students’ academic endeavours. In terms of physical health the college provides a gym and athletics equipment for anyone interested in sports. The campus has Wi-Fi capabilities in place which allows the students to connect in the twenty first century. Conferences take place in an auditorium and there are many events and seminars that take place in the campus. Accommodation is also a strong point in the college since students insist on having separate hostel s for boys and girls and well spacious and well furnished.

To this end, Adventist College of Nursing presently provides four full-time programmes with expansion to both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The B.Sc Nursing remains their flagship programme, which opens 40 seats to the qualified candidates. At the post graduate level, the college offers postgraduate M.Sc. degree in Paediatric Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing and in Medical Surgical Nursing each having a strength of 05 students. The overall uptake in students intake in various courses is 55 students, this has ensured the college puts emphasis on good student teacher ratio for effective student learning.
