A.G. Patil Polytechnic Institute, Solapur ensures that the students are provided with various facilities including Internet Facilities, Library, Transportation, Sports Ground and Parking, Medical Facility, Stationary & Photocopy Facility, Hostel Facility, R.O. Purified Water Supply, and Canteen.
- Boys Hostel
The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Two buildings are exclusively reserved for Hostels by the Shanti Education Society to accommodate 400 students. The hostel Rector coordinates and controls the hostel activities. Students are required to abide by the rules of the hostel. The hostel also has a facility for Generator Backup and Solar Water & Electricity Systems.

The college library is endowed with books and periodicals that have rich, the latest, and updated information from the backbone of any educational institute. The Central library is enriched with a sufficient quantity of technical books, journals, reference volumes, etc. that are required for learning and teaching all disciplines. The central library gives support to the educational & research programs of the Institute by providing physical & intellectual access to information. It consists of the Reference Section, Journal Section, Reading Hall, Digital library section, Multimedia Facility, Stack-Room, etc. The library has a unique collection of Encyclopedias, Handbooks, Textbooks, Journals, CDs, etc. The library uses ‘DelNet software. The circulation system of books is based on the bar code. The library is a part of an institute-wide Network. A total of 15,000 + books are available for student reference.

It depends on the type of hostel which you are willing to stay in generally hostels of many types like to consider the college hostels which are run by the college management they ask you to pay the entire fees at a time or in three sets where as there are other types of hostels like daily paid hostels and monthly paid hostels which are generally available outside the college that is there are private hostels you can pay your hostel fee monthly or on daily basis and there are still some other types of hostels which offer you only for staying purpose that is you can have your breakfast lunch and dinner outside and you can just stay in the hostel
