Agarsen PG College, Sikandrabad, was set up in the year 1972, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh and is affiliated. This institution is located in a square of 5 acres and has been imparting education to the learners for more than five decades now. The college only boasts of offering three-degree programmes in different fields of study to its 504 students. Agarsen PG College has a strength of 10 faculties helping a student to engage in effective teaching-learning process as the college has small student teacher ratio.

Agarsen PG College is proud of the fact it offers its students all these and more from enabling learning facilities. There is also an independent central library to help the students gain full access to important newspapers, journals, and magazines; the library is located in a large building which has more than adequate space and is furnished with comfortable reading tables. For the science students, it has well-equipped laboratory, accurately having avocation of instruments and apparatus which are so significant in sciences for experiments. The institution also cares for the health of their students by providing them a health centre with provision for first aid and different rooms for the female students.

The gymnasium of the college build with the aid of National Sports Organisation; it accommodate gymnastic, indoor sports like badminton and table tennis have been provided to enhance the students physical and sports activities.

Agarsen PG College is a focused college of learning that does offer a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in limited fields. The institution provides three courses: B.Com, B.Sc in ( Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics ) and M.Com. It means that these programmes are oriented for the students who need conditions for commerce and science faculties in order to prepare them for their work practice or further education. The total number of students taken by the college is 504 which help the college management to maintain a [sic] proper and limited number of students for fair class teachings.
