Agnibina College of Education, located in Murshidabad which was founded in the year 2012 is a self financed college specifically catering the course of teacher education. Sited in Dewansaray, Laskarpur, Lalgola, this institution is co-educational spanning an area of 0.67 acres. Affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) the college provides the following two professional teaching Course. The institute is dedicated to the cause of education and having a Diploma in Elementary Education [D.El.Ed] and the Bachelor of Education [B. Ed] to teacher training at multiple levels.

The Agnibina College of Education has several installations to promote the learning process for the students of the college. The D.El.Ed programme is approved for an intake of 50 students in the college and aims to make students qualified teachers at elementary level. Although the B.Ed programme. The programme prepares student with requirement knowledge and skill in teaching in secondary schools. Such programmes are intended to cope with the required changes in the sphere of education and include theoretical and practical aspects of educators’ work. In terms of student enrolment, the college’s enrolment figure has risen to 49; thus, the college offers education with highest regard to students’ individualism.

For the D.El.Ed programme admission is done according to the marks secured in the entrance examination or the qualifying examination.
