Agrawal Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya was set up in 2006 and is an affiliated college in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Located at Agrasen Katla, Agrasen Marg this institute focus on teacher training and is currently providing Bachelor of Education (B Ed) only. It is affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which is a confirmation of the college to conduct teacher training programmes to certain standard. The thriving institute occupies an area of 1.47 acres, has the total enrolment of 190 students, and employs 16 faculties.

The Agrawal Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya boast of having well equipped facilities within the college that work towards facilitating the learning of the students. It act as a reference institution with approximately 5,115 books on stock depicting various areas of education and teaching. A reading room is located to the right of the building to allow students an area to read and study in quiet. As demanded by the current educational requirements, the institute houses two computer rooms equipped with the most current technology. In these lab, well equipped with Pentium IV machines, students get practical experience with technology use in education, expertly supervised by the knowledgeable computer faculty.

Agrawal Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya conducts only one course which is the Bachelors of Education, also known as B.Ed. This is a full-time course spread over two years and has an approved capacity of 100 students. The programme B.Ed. is aimed to provide awareness and exploration of foundation of pedagogy with knowledge and competency’s required in the field of teaching. Though the institute is currently offering only this niche teacher training programme, the delivery is holistic in nature.

Admission policy followed by Agrawal Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is as per the rules and regulations of the State Government, Union Territory Administration of the Acharya Nagarjuna University and the University. A selection is done merit like the marks attained in the qualifying examination/or, the entrance examination. The college may also use other methods of selection the prevailing policies may dictate.
