Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Horticulture is a full-time three-year course offered by the Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Guntur.


Eligibility Criteria

For admission into Doctoral courses, Master of science or an equivalent examination in Agriculture in the concerned field of specialization at least with 50% marks in the aggregate under the traditional system of examination or an OGPA of 3.25/4.00 (SC/ST-3.0/4.0) or 7.5/10.0 (SC/ST- 7.0/10.0) in the grade point system and the basic degree i.e., B.Sc (Ag) of 4 years duration from ANGRAU or any institution accredited by ICAR/approved by ANGRAU is essential

Admission Details

The selection shall be based on the previous academic record at Undergraduate level, post-graduate level, performance in the AICE (ICAR) test, and interview and would be in the ratio of 10:30:50:10.
