Course

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)

Candidates should have passed 10+2 in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. 

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

(i) Candidates should have passed 12th (10 + 2) with Physics, Chemistry, and English as compulsory subjects along with Biology or Mathematics. 


(ii) For lateral entry- D. Pharm qualification is required

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma)

Candidates should have passed the B.Pharm exam from any Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government institution, with at least 55% marks. 

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

Candidates should have passed a 2-year P.U.C. examination or any equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology with 40% marks (35% for reserved category students).

Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) 

Candidates should have passed B.Pharm from any PCI-approved institution.

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PhD)

(i) Candidates must have a master's degree or equivalent degree in any field of science in a relevant discipline of pharmacy with 60% marks. 


(ii) In some fields an M.Phil. is required.

Note: Candidates must know that there will be a reservation of seats for SC and ST candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt./State Govts./Union Territory Administrations.
