Al-Barkaat College of Graduate Studies, Aligarh was founded in 2013 and is comparatively a young institution in the emerging phase to impart higher education. This college is in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, so it is expanding continuously to cater for the educational needs of prospective students. The campus is in 3.265 acres, thereby affording the students with a good terrain, conducive for learning and character molding. Currently, the college has a population of 175 students and has 8 faculty members making the student-teacher ratio an appropriate 21:1. At present, the institute is the home of only one degree program, presently treading the path of specialization eliminating the concept of programme sprawl.

Al-Barkaat College of Graduate Studies presently has only one full time programme, which is the BBA Programme. This is an undergraduate course spanning three academic years and the college has an approved human resource capacity to admit 60 students annually as a way of ensuring high quality education delivery due to limited cohort size. BBA program is specially designed to provide students with basic business management skills, and backgrounds in order to compete in the corporate business world or to pursue a higher level of management education.
