Affiliated college is Al Shifa College of Paramedical Science which was started in the year 2004 and is situated at Perinthalmanna, Kerala. This American style co-educational institution is located on a 3.49 acre of area and it offers many paramedical courses to the preeminent health care professionals. The college at the moment has an average student enrolment capacity of 425 students and the college faculty consists of 31 faculty members. It offers five programmes which are offered at two levels of degree programmes including a diploma in Optometry, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Radiology Techniques, Diploma in Operation Theatre Techniques and Anesthesia Diploma Programme.
Al Shifa College of Paramedical Science has the following learning facilities to cater for the college students’ learning needs and development. The library is fully equipped with more than 1800 books of different specialties in paramedical and allied field and many Indian and international standard journals. For easy search, other sections include computerised catalogues as well as hard indexes for the students. The college also possesses departmental laboratories capable for practical exercise. For boarding, there are both boys and girls hostels which afford the hospitality, shelter of our learners. This facility includes an auditorium that enables the campus hold various events, seminars, and graduate programmes with hundreds of learners.
In total, the Al Shifa College of Paramedical Science provides five courses of study, full-time paramedical degree/diploma. The college provides two bachelor's degree programmes. Medical Laboratory Technology and Optometry are two other courses that the university offers, both being full time and taking four academic years to complete. Additionally, there are three diploma programmes. We have two years’ full-time Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Radiology Techniques, Diploma in Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Techniques.

Diploma in Radiology Techniques: Admission to this two-year full-time diploma course is regulated according to the guidelines of DME and Kerala Paramedical Council.
