Alipurduar B.Ed. Training College, established in 2012, is a West Bengal-based affiliated institution located at Alipurduar. This teacher training institute is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education and provides specialized courses in education. The institution is set within a compact 2.16-acre campus with a total student enrollment of 250 and is supported by a faculty of 14 dedicated educators. 

The college has a number of facilities that are aimed at enriching the learning experience of its students. At the center of these facilities is a well-stocked library with 3,710 books and 32 journals, turning out to be rich for research studies in academics. These laboratories are department-specific in nature and exist at the institution, providing hands-on learning experiences that are very essential in teacher training. Academically, Alipurduar B.Ed. Training College has structured its potential towards only two courses of studies in the field of education: Two-year B.Ed. course with an approved intake of 100 students. Another two-year full time programme is the Diploma in Elementary Education, D. El. Ed. with an intake of 50 students, which aims at training teachers for Primary and Upper Primary levels.                                                                                 

Admission to Alipurduar B.Ed. Training College is merit-based, considering marks from the qualifying examinations and/or entrance examinations. The college admits students following the state government of West Bengal's policies and that of the affiliating university. For the B.Ed. course, generally, students should have completed a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum percentage as specified by the regulatory bodies. D.El.Ed. The course requires candidates who have passed higher secondary education (10+2) with the requisite marks.
