Alphores Women’s Degree College Karimnagar was started in the year 2000, is one of the most recognised Degree college for women’s all over the Karimnagar district. This affiliated college is situated in Karimnagar in the state of Telangana and has a wide programme presented in its undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. Spread over 0.4 acres of area, this college provides education to 676 students in total, and has a faculty including 65 members. The Alphores Women’s Degree College offers 17 programmes in total across 5 specialties, Commercial, Scientific, and Business Administration fields.

It is the policy of the college to offer best and quality learning facilities for improvement of learning to students. The library acts as informatics center and possesses numerous books and informative resources for learners’ scientific activities. Sophisticated labs serve each functional department, to enable students to get hands on experience in their areas of interest. An auditorium supports and encourages functions and lectures, fosters co-curricular assignments, and shares information. Sports facilities help to develop athletic abilities through exercising facilities of the students as well as promoting unity crews among them.

There are several courses available at Alphores Women’s Degree College to meet the necessity of the student’s course preferences. At the present, the institution offers seventeen courses in full time both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A course spread across B.Com, B.Sc, and BBA as under graduate and M.Sc and M.Com as post graduate courses.

The admission process for all the programmes offered under Alphores Women’s Degree College are mostly based on merit and mostly affiliated to Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) for under graduation programmes. Therefore, for postgraduate admissions, the college accepts the scores secured in the Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (CPGET) conducted by the Government of Telangana. The CPGET is generally conducted after the end of the final semester of undergraduates.
