Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kottayam is an autonomous college founded in 2001 in Kanjirappally, Kottayam District of Kerala. Situated in a 63 acre land, AJCE is accredited by NAAC and NBA and recognized by AICT Из٬ College presently has 38 programmes across 4 levels and includes 3,146 students and 233 faculty members. The distribution of male and female students in AJCE is reasonable; the male students take 66% of undergraduates, and the remaining 34% are female students, while 38% of postgraduate students are male, and 62% are female.
These include facilities, which include a set of state of the art facilities for the use of AJCE students. The campus also has well equipped laboratories, a well stocked library and state-of-art I.T facility with 610 Mbps Wi-Fi facility. Degree wise Admission Process

M.Tech: The college has various M.Tech courses like VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, Environmental Engineering, Electric Vehicle Technology, etc. The admission is normally on the valid GATE score basis. However, if there are vacant seats, candidates who do not have any GATE scores can also be considered. There is a normal intake of 12 students for each of the M.Tech courses.
MCA: AJCE offers both the regular MCA and MCA Integrated programs. 50% of the seats in the regular MCA program are filled through the Kerala MCA Entrance Examination held by LBS. Intake capacity for the MCA Integrated program is 60 students.
Ph.D: Doctoral programs in engineering disciplines, science, and mathematics are available in the college. The selection is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in a written test and/or interview. Candidates should have cleared national-level tests such as GATE, UGC-NET, or similar tests.

Our college provides different and great new facilities on campus. The campus is eco-friendly. The hostel facility is not much good. Our college provides transportation facility to distant places. Quality of food depends on the present catering service. However, there is an option to suggest a new catering service in a quarter year.
