Personally the college is cood.We have an autonomous status right now which adds to the value. The infrastructure is amazing. The campus is vast and beautiful with good facilities for studies and sports.
Academic wise also the college is good.College placements are also ok. Practicals are also good.Since the college is autonomous a good course structure is introduced right now. Teachers are also good.
Placements are ok.Most of the mtech students get placed and a good number of btech students are also getting placed.A variety of companies visit the campus for recruitment.A good placement cell is in the college.
I think the college is a good value for money considering the infrastructure and the various facilities available for studies, arts and sports.Classes are also good and there are good tech fests each year which adds to the value
Campus Life is good. With the big infrastructure and facilities students can pretty much enjoy the campus Life and find various opportunities according to their interests.Tge campus is also very nature friendly.
College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment The classrooms have a space to occupied and smart boards and the hostels rooms are good, the college campus have good WiFi. The college campus is clean
I am a B.tech computer science student. Teaching quality is good, with supportive faculty. The curriculum is updated and includes both theory and practicals, helping us stay in touch with industry trends.
I think the quality of placements are good and may be 60% the highest salary package offered is around 20 LPA.For CSE, the highest package is 12 LPA, and the average is about 3.5 LPA. The college was supportive.
My course tution fee is 75000 and also other fees . Considering the quality of teaching, facilities, and placement support, I feel its worth the investment for the education and opportunities provided
The campus are very nice and very large. There lots of activity's that students can engage like sports, dance, music and other programs The location of the college is good, and also it is a safe place there are hospitals near by college if any emergency is needed
Amazing infrastructure, beautiful buildings with exposed red bricks which blends very well with the scenic backdrop of the college campus, with spacious classrooms, well equipped laboratories, the infrastructure is pretty good
The college follows Kerala Technical University's Curriculum which is extremely dated and almost obsulete. Continuing to teach that is extremely pointless considering the college achieved autonomous status and can amend the syllabus being taught
Placements at the college is overall very good. Each year companies visit the college.A good number of students got placed recently. IT sector companies are visited often and got a decent salary packages.
My college possess a great infrastructure. I am proud to be experiencing one of the top infrastructure facilities in Kerala. Spacious classrooms, seminar halls, auditorium, playgrounds, well-equipped labs, excellent library facilities, great canteen are some of the notable features of our campus. We have full time WiFi access, but the range is sometimes slow. The library is a calm place to study and refer books. Our library also has computer facilities for using internet for learning purposes.
The academics of the college can be improved more. The teaching going on now, is useful only for writing exams. For making students job-ready, more advanced concepts and skill development sessions can be set up. The curriculum is updated often. The latest syllabus incorporates topics related to our field of work.
Most of the students get placed from our college. The students getting placed are mostly from CS department. Other departments also get placement opportunities, but they are very less. For CS students, top companies like TCS, Accenture, Cognizant etc. hold placement drives yearly for recruiting talented freshers.
Looking at the infrastructure we experience and the facilities we get, I can say our college is worth the money.
We experience a good campus life. We make a lot of friends, and share our knowledge, help each other for studies and also participate in various competitions and celebrations. The techfests, cultural events all add a joy to our campus life. The college club activities also form a part of our campus life.
The college is worth an experience. One of the best in Kerala. If utilised properly, students can benefit from it.
The college has great infrastructure l. The college has necessary facilities and equipment are provided .we have wifi in both college campus and hostels. Living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic
Im studying computer science and the teachers r friendly and helping. They clear out doubts and doubts r free to ask .The curriculum is updates and included all recent developments in field.it is overall nice
The quality of placements at the college is good. They make us prepare for placements. Percentage is almost 70%. I dont know the highest package but most of the placements were from our department. Overall is a good.
It is value for money
Is good
It contain all the necessary infrastructures. It's aesthetically pleasing and is well maintained. Laboratories are fully equipped with essential equipments. Library provides a vast collection of study materials. The whole campus has wifi access.
I'm a B.tech cs 2nd year student. The quality of teaching is something to be spoken of. As an autonomous college the curriculum is updated every year to provide the students with the latest technology in the field.
As of 2023 73 of the cs students got placed. Highest salary package was of INR 20 LPA and the average salary package stood around INR 5 LPA. Main recruiters are tcs , wipro , cognizant , experion , federal bank etc. The college offers pre- placement training , on and off-campus drives and industry collaboration.
As a private institution it charges the same amount as all other private colleges in Kerala. Tuition fee 75k Admission fee(one time) 500 Special facilities fee 10k But I would say you would not regret joining this college.
This is not some college that entirely focuses on the academics. You are encouraged to enjoy your campus life. There is a food court and cafe in the campus that serves as the primary hangout spots of the students. There are regular industrial visits so that you can see what you study.
The infrastructure of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering is very good...they have one of the best infrastructure in any engineering college in Kerala. Their facilities and equipments are good. Living spaces are clean.
I am studying btech in computer science. I think the curriculum and syllabus are but outdated. I don't think they have included all the recent developments in the field. And i am not sure that i will get a job by studying this syllabus
Since 3-4 years quality of placements are bad. Our seniors are not getting placed anywhere. Only some of them are managing to get placed somewhere. But other departments have much more placement opportunities than CS dept
My course cost around 1 lakh per year. I don't think that's worth it. I feel like i am paying this much for that one degree certificate. Only their facilities and infrastructure is good . .............
Events and activities that are conducted in this college is good. Apart from that there are some strict rules that stops the enjoyment of a typical college life. I personally don't like that. ........
Infrastructure is very good in our college. There are many labs and all things in the lab are functional with good lab assistant who help us out with our experiments .Sports facilitates are also decent. Wifi not that good.
Academic wise I think our syllabus is outdated and is mainly focused on theory. There is a lot of portion every semester which the teachers find difficult to finish in a very tight schedule. As a result, we have to study a lot of difficult topics on our own which leads to less understanding of the topic and in the further semesters it will be difficult to follow through. So, I think we are not at all job ready.
I hear there is a lot of placement in our campus. Didn't really enquire about it. I think a lot of software companies are coming to our college. I think for other courses not many companies are coming. Anyway, because of the abundance of computer students it is difficult ot get placed also because of the outdated syllabus.
I don't think I am getting my money's worth mainly because of the outdated syllabus and the abundance of people studying my course. And the recent trends are also not helping mu cause. In India it is hard to get a job and even if we get , salary will be low.We would have to work for a lot of years to actually earn money that is close to the fees our parents have spent for our schooling
Campus life is not very bad. I didn't come here expecting much but the campus has a very good atmosphere for walks and all. I have not been ragged a single time thanks to the hostel authorities. And the hostel is arranging friday nights with movies and canteen which is actually good for people who are staying there for the weekend which I haven't heard happening in other colleges.
Not much
The College has good infrastructure , good facilities and good equipment. The Living Spaces are clean and the food are hygienic. The Classrooms and laboratories have the necessary equipment's needed for learning.
The quality of teaching is decent i would say. The students can understand the topics from the teachers and other study materials provided by them. The curriculum is getting updated which includes the recent developments in all the engineering field.
I think some of the senior students are getting placed in decent companies. I think its better to read some other reviews from the students who got placed as i don't know much about the placement scenario of the college.
College infrastructure is very good.well maintained and provide modern facilities that enhance our academic life.classrooms are provided with smart boards and proper ventilations. The college gives us a really good vibe to study.
I am currently studying btech computer science and the college maintains a good standard in academics. The faculties are all very friendly, knowlegable and dedicated. The curriculum is upto date because of the autonomus power.
Placements at the college is overall very good. Each year companies visit the college.A good number of students got placed recently. IT sector companies are visited often and got a decent salary packages.
The college provides various scholorships. Its quite a decent amount they charged because of the strong infrastructure, quality academics and good placement.Comparing with other college fees it is a very decent amount
The campus life is not that great.Only if you make some good relationship with your classmates and being in good friends circle you will enjoy campus life to an extend. They are some good events in culture and technical wise fests but that only happen once in a year.
