Amer Maharaja College was started in the year 2006 and is one among the Best Colleges In Jaipur Rajasthan. Located in the past residential district of Amber, the college provides a wide choice of baccalaureate and masters programs in various fields of study. Amer Maharaja College occupies a campus area of 0.56 acres, which clearly creates a self – contained environment conducive to effective teaching, learning and growth. The institution accepts 1,320 students total till date and has a core faculty of 37 members thus enabling the college to provide a favorable student-teacher ratio in addition to producing quality education for every individual.

In this case, the college aims at availing to its students various facilities in order to complement learning. For example, gym lovers can perform various activities depending on their interest in sports exercises in colleges. For those students in pursuit of knowledge outside the college classroom, the college library provides adequate reading materials such as books, journals and reference documents. Science students have access to good laboratory facilities for their departments in order to enhance practical and research activities. The college also contains also contains a cafeteria whereby students and members of staff can opt to take a break and chatted. Social needs are considered with a health center namely first aid facilities for the health of the people. 

Amer Maharaja College has a total of 12 courses covering 6 degrees to ensure a variety of areas of study is provided. The institution offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and all these are full time programmes. In the undergraduate, students can take a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Arts (BA) Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees.
