Total fee for the program in Amrita University is 4.15 Lakh.

Placement - When it comes to placement, 70% of students are placed after completing BA mass communication program from Amrita University. In order to be eligible for state quota seats in Tamil Nadu,

-a candidate needs to be a native of Tamil Nadu

Or

- should have studied in Tamil Nadu from class 6th to 12th.

There is no restriction to any board students.

So if you satisfy the above eligibility you are good to be considered in the state quota category.

Congratulations, for your performance. Looks like you have a state quota. For getting admission in CSE the students belonging from Open quota need to score more than 140 whereas those who have the state quota can get the branch if they have more than 105 marks, 110 to be safe. You have 126 marks which is way more safe. So you needn't worry. Submit the right documents and get your desired branch. But also I would suggest you to give other entrance exams anyways, because it's always better to have options.

You have a great score but the rank you may get may not be able to get the CSE branch in Coimbatore. Usually, you need 150 marks to get to the CSE branch. Try to opt for the other branches which have a fine chance to get it. If you are only up to CSE you may lose the seat even in other branches to make a choice.

Congratulations on a good score. Yes, you can get a seat in CSE in the open quota as the cutoff rank is around 1800 and your rank could be around 2000. As every year cutoff varies according to the exam standards and the number of people writing. As your rank is almost near you have a chance to get a seat.

Dear Aspirant, according to these marks and previous year trends your rank might be around 15500-18000 range. ( this might not be accurate due varying trends every year) . Now according to previous year cutoffs there are very less chances of securing CSE at Coimbatore Amritha university. The closing ranks for Coimbatore Amritha University CSE  in 2017 was  13801.
