Amritanandmai College of Higher Education is an affiliated institution that was established in the year 2015 and is located at Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The institute is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education. Specialised courses in education are offered by the institute. The college campus spreads over 2 acres and has a total enrolment capacity of 190 students and 17 faculty strength.

Amritanandmai College today offers two full-time courses: B.Ed and D.El.Ed. A total of 190 aspiring educators are taken care of by the institute across these two courses. Instituting quality learning is seen within the modern facilities and focused curriculum designed by the institute. There are numerous facilities at this college to improve the students' learning experiences. The library works as a storehouse of academic resources, with the stock-in-lieu of 3,384 books for the course of B.Ed and 1,380 for D.El.Ed, besides the stock of newspapers, magazines, journals, and a digital section. Besides that, sport facilities are available to facilitate the students in keeping up their physical fitness and team spirit. Laboratories have been well equipped and included so as to help the students in practical learning. The IT infrastructure is strong with 120 Core 2 Duo computers that are working on high-speed switches with internet access at 2 MBPS. To make the students feel comfortable, the college offers a cafeteria, a health center with first aid facilities, and guest rooms for visiting faculty and family members.

Amritanandmai College of Higher Education offers two courses in total, and both the courses are full-time programmes. The approved intake of the B.Ed course is 100 seats whereas that of D.El.Ed is 50 seats. Both these courses are meant to train students for the profession of teaching as well as educational administration.
