Amritha Akshitha College of Education, Mahabubnagar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Amritha Akshitha College of Education was started in 2007 and it is an affiliated college located at Mahabubnagar, Telangana. This institution is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers teacher education programmes only. Located in a 5 acre facility, the college currently has two full time programmes with total enrolment capacity of 189 students. The institute has a dedicated 15 members faculty list with a fine academic patient ratio.

To support its learning activities Amritha Akshitha College of Education offers a variety of services and resources to aid students. A library is the largest single stock in/in support of campus that provides students with fairly adequate educational requirements. Training laboratories in respective departments enable trainees to have practical experiences an important element for any intending teacher. The college also has a health care where students are treated, and there is provision of treatment for basic injuries. To effectively motivate the staffs of the organisation and build a culture of excellence there is facility of Gym for those who want to be fit. 

The Amritha Akshitha College of Education has two main teaching programmes within the field of education. The B.Ed course is a two-year full time programme and the total number of student intake for this programme is 100. The two-year full time D.El.Ed programme is another, which admits 50 students every year. Both courses are intended to prepare students for teaching profession after helping them to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

Admissions are centralised based on marks scored in the qualifying examinations and or the entrance tests as the case may be, for courses offered at Amritha Akshitha College of Education. As for the B.Ed programme, admissions are vested on qualified examination, entrance examination or any other procedure as provided by the state government/UT administration and the university from time to time. Likewise, for the D.El.Ed programme admissions will be done on merit on the qualifying examination, entrance test or any other selection as prescribed by state government/UT administration.
