One of the well-established educational institutions in Anand, Gujarat, is Anand Arts College, located in Anand, more popularly known as AAC. This co-educational college was started in the year 1963 and has served for more than six decades since its inception. The college has affiliation from Sardar Patel University and is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The learning environment provided by AAC is focused in nature and spread over a compact 1-acre campus. The total enrollment of the college is 1185, with a nearly equal division between male and female students, thus proving that it indeed supports gender equality in education.
