• The AIM recruitment process has been designed collaboratively by faculty, recruiters and students over the years and strives to promote the interests of all stakeholders in the AIM placement process.

• Different courses/programmes of the institute have different placement seasons.

• For undergraduates, the placement season starts in December and ends by the end of March. Pre-placement talks can start from September – October timeframe.
