Anand Institute of Social Work, established in 1997, is one of the premier institutions at Anand in Gujarat. The affiliated college spread over 7 acres compact campus, AISW runs a variety of professional programs in Social Work. At the same time, with its student enrolment of 192 and faculty strength of 6, it provides a very concentrated learning environment. 

The institute provides a variety of facilities that help in enriching the student experience while supporting their academic pursuit. The library forms the center with academic resources, having 2,275 books and 20 journals to provide ample knowledge in respective fields to the students. The institution has sports facilities and a gym for the physically fit. The campus also contains an auditorium that hosts various events and seminars, and this helps in providing a lively academic environment. AISW has a comprehensive range of social work programs available for different academic levels and specializations. It offers 3 full-time, 1 part-time, and 1 doctoral program. At the undergraduate level, there is a BSW available. For postgraduate studies, students can enroll either in an MSW or MSW with a specialization in Human Resources. It offers both full-time and part-time Ph.D. in Social Work to those inclined to contribute towards the growth of this field with a research acumen.
