Angul Mahila Mahavidyalaya

Angul Mahila Mahavidyalaya, also known as AMM Angul, is a women’s college in Angul district of Odisha. It was established in 1979 and is accredited by NAAC. It is affiliated to Rama Devi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar and offers undergraduate courses in arts and science streams. AMM Angul courses include 14 Honours subjects, including English, Odia, Sanskrit, History, Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, Home Science, Education, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Zoology. AMM Angul eligibility criteria for admission are based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2) and the reservation policy of the state government. AMM Angul admissions are done through both online and offline mode. Candidates have to fill the application form on the college website or offline by visiting the college office and submit the required documents. The selected candidates have to pay the admission fees online or offline and confirm their seats. AMM Angul also has a placement cell that provides career guidance and training to the students. The AMM Angul placement cell organises various workshops, seminars, mock interviews and campus recruitment drives for students.

AMM Angul facilities include a library, a spacious auditorium, a computer lab, a science lab, a psychology lab, a home science lab, a gymnasium, a canteen, a hostel, a health centre and a sports ground. The college also has various co-curricular activities such as NCC, NSS, Rangers & Rovers and Youth Red Cross that aim to develop the personality and leadership skills of the students.
