Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College for BMS, Mumbai, set up in 2008 at Kurla site of Mumbai is an affiliated college. It is affiliated to NAAC and offers quality education to its students unlike many other institutions in India. Currently, HCLT has a total enrolment of 1,662 students, and 22 faculty members and supports seven courses spread over seven degree programmes. Offering a commercial and managerial study along with media and information technology, the institute is intended for the provision of undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The location of the centre in Mumbai offers learners with good experience in the heart of the country’s financial city. 

Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College has developed various amenities with aim of improving on the learning of the students. The said programmes are B.Com, B.Com in Accounting and Finance, BMS, BMM, and B.Sc IT (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology). At post graduate level, the college offers M.Com in Business Management and M.Sc in Information Technology. The normal intake for these courses has been approved at 420 students per year and the breakdown shows B.Com taking the largest share of 120 students. This rich list of courses enables students to make various choices of specialisation in commerce, management, media and IT.
