Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College for BMS, Mumbai, set up in 2008 at Kurla site of Mumbai is an affiliated college. It is affiliated to NAAC and offers quality education to its students unlike many other institutions in India. Currently, HCLT has a total enrolment of 1,662 students, and 22 faculty members and supports seven courses spread over seven degree programmes.

Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College has developed various amenities with aim of improving on the learning of the students. It was founded in 2008 together with the college and it is a centre for academic learning and information provision. There is also a gymnasium, school dining hall and nicely endowed practical demonstration rooms in the campus. To cope up with advanced technology IT infrastructure is given proper attention. There are guest rooms on campus for the convenience of visiting faculty and student’s family members. 

The institute provides 7 courses, and all of them are of full time basis programmes. The said programmes are B.Com, B.Com in Accounting and Finance, BMS, BMM, and B.Sc IT (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology). At post graduate level, the college offers M.Com in Business Management and M.Sc in Information Technology.
