AP College of Education, numbering 03 from 2003 which has been situated in Duddeda Village Kondapak Mandal of Medak District of Telangana state is a co-educational college. This affiliated college is authorised by National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE] to follow quality standard in teacher education course. , and as an institute of education, it offers only one programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with an approved capacity of 100 students. The college currently has a faculty strength of 7 members which enable them to focus and give the aspiring educators personal attention.

AP College of Education has pledged to offer the best environment in which the students of the college can learn in easier manner. Felsted offers numerous amenities for learning and more general well-being of a learner. The role of the library is pointed as a knowledge base with the necessary educational and literature collection. This largely gives practical training to teachers as departmental laboratories allow practical teaching and learning. An auditorium provides a location for functions, conferences, and educational processes when conducted for groups of people. The college is also focused on technology utilising excellent IT facilities which is important for future teachers. In order to promote the physical development, the institute offers sports facilities followed by gym. However, new and old guest room/ waiting room has also been provided for the visiting faculty and students’ approaches to create impression to the students’ family members about the campus environment.

AP College of Education at Medak is a college that is devoted exclusively to its B.Ed programme and is a two year full time course. This specificity of orientation provides the institute with the opportunities to focus its efforts and qualified personnel on successful training of professional educators. The programme has an approved capacity to take one hundred students per year and gives very many chances for the people who want to qualify as teachers of the region.

AP College of Education B Ed admission offers the opportunity to enroll students through the overall merit. On the entry criteria, students are selected on their performance in the qualifying examination and or an entrance examination.
