ACFA Jalandhar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar (ACFA Jalandhar) is one of the pioneer co-educational institution in India founded in 1975. The college is set in a 4 acre complex at New Jawahar Nagar, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar, Punjab. ACFA Jalandhar is self-financed and recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and is affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University.

To be specific, the college offers a range of amenities to improve a student’s time at the institutions. There is an equipped health center with the first aid station in the campus and students’ health is considered important. For business and fitness lovers there is a convenient and attractive modern gym. The library is for students, it is not only a storage of books but also recorded performances nondiscriminatory to students in performing arts. Sports facilities address different sports-related pursuits, while the information technology infrastructure addresses most of the contemporary learning demands. The college has made available eight smart classes, which improves the process of teaching learning. Additional campus facility includes canteen, auditorium and guest rooms. facilities that are necessary in a college include laboratories for practical classes, interconnectivity-WiFi and …a convenience store where students can afford necessities.

ACFA Jalandhar has a wide course option education in different disciplines. The college offers 42 courses ranging from under graduate to post graduate level. Of these, there are full course, part course and certification courses. 

ACFA Jalandhar has constructed a very elaborate admission process that is based on the merit of the candidates. In most cases, for admission to the undergraduate degree programmes, the candidate is expected to produce his/her 10+2 pass certificate results. The entrance requirements for some of the specific courses may involve extra entrance examination or portfolio depending on disciplines offered inclusive of fine arts and design. For the postgraduate degree courses, college takes into account the candidate’s scores in the undergraduate degree and may or may not have interview or entrance examination. The MBA program accepts scores only from national level entrance examination like CAT, MAT or XAT.
