Apex College of Education, Fatehabad, was established in 2007 as an affiliated college in Bidhai Khera Teh, Tohana, Fatehabad district of Haryana. It is an institution approved by the NCTE and exclusively engaged in running teacher education programs. The institution spreads over 5 acres, and currently, there is a total enrolment of 189 students with a faculty strength of 14. Apex College of Education runs two regular courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), catering to aspiring educators at different levels.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
D.El.Ed is a two-year full-time course run by Apex College of Education with sanctioned strength of 50 seats. Admission to D.El.Ed is on merit as per marks obtained in the eligibility examination and/or performance in entrance examination. The selection process is as per policies of the State Government or UT Administration. Candidates for this scheme should pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
