24 MonthsDiploma in Veterinary and Livestock Development is a two-year full-time diploma course offered by the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Hisar.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate under all categories must have passed in each and every subject taken in 10+2 examination from any stream and the candidates under all categories must have passed matriculation/10th standard examination and obtained a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (except for SC category) from a recognized/ approved board of school education having equivalence by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi/CBSE/ICSE and also by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani. As per Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana letter no. 22/129/2013- 1GSIII Dated 16.07.2014, the SC category candidates will be allowed a relaxation up to 5% of the requirement for General Category i.e. the SC candidates securing a minimum of 57% marks in aggregate matriculation/ 10th standard examination taking into account each and every subject is taken. No such relaxation will be applicable for management quota seats of eleven private affiliated colleges.
Admission Details
- Candidates desirous of getting admission to the VLDDprogramme shall have to appear in the entrance examination conducted by LUVAS at Hisar as per information on the website of the University.
- Counseling will be on-line for all seats (state and management quota) on the basis of entrance test merit which will be finalized by the counseling committee of LUVAS Hisar.
