So it's obvious that you don't have any kind of probability to get admission in your desirable college with this performance because according to the last year's cut-off details, the minimum qualifying rank was 16969 where your rank is far behind from it. You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2018, the cut offs various Categories for Apollo Medical College have been as follows:
General Category: 527
OBC: 400
SC: 437
ST: 410
