Arts and Science College, Atpadi, started in 2001, is an affiliated college situated at Atpadi Village, Sangli District, Maharashtra State. This university provides competent educational programmes in the general area of arts and humanities. Currently, this college has 473 students and 8 members in the faculty, which makes the learning process rather intimate. The college has one undergraduate programme: the Bachelor of Arts (BA) with an approved cohort of 240 students.

Arts and Science College has several amenities that help improve learning of the students by providing them with facilities they need. Computer society for those inclined towards the use of technology; as the college contains a computerized laboratory. This huge, conditioned hall houses over 300 computers with the best hardware and software including Internet connection. The lab also features multimedia kits for encouraging innovative ideas and thoughts among students as well as a special programming lab for computer coding. 

Besides teaching, learning and instruction, the institution provides various resources that enhance learners’ development. These are availability of wireless connection, the sports amenities for physical exercise, availability of the auditorium for functions and seminars, practical laboratory amenities among others. At present, Arts and Science College, Atpadi, has only one regular stand alone undergraduate programme, the Bachelor of Arts (BA). Because of this, the college has approved a maximum enrolment of 240 students for this degree programme which shall take three years to complete.
