Arunachala College of Education, Tiruvannamalai: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Arunachala college of education which was started in the year 2005 is an affiliating college situated in tiruvannamalai, tamilnadu. This institution also holds National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers Teacher Education Programmes. Situated on a 5.09-acre campus, the college offers two full-time courses: B.Ed and M.Ed. The college offers an intimate learning environment with total student enrolment of 229 and a faculty team of 15 members. Being a specialised college, the institution not only provides quality education to the learners, but also boasts of quality, state of the art facilities.

The college owns state of the art facilities meant to complement the learning of students enroled in the college. The library is one of primary informational assets of the academic institution, it contains and updates the largest collection of the recent publications, national and foreign periodicals, electronic magazines, and multimedia products. ICT and technological resources are available to student in regard to their instructions, researches and studies. The college also has well equipped laboratories for practical and trainings purposes In addition. 

An auditorium is a hall for event and seminars which contributes to the college environment of the university. For physical health of the students, there are Sports complex for all classes of students. The institutional information technology resources in the college guarantee the students are connected and also have means of getting online learning materials. A health centre equipped with first aid facilities is also established at schools, aimed for student service.

Arunachala College of Education has an ability to offer two courses out of which all the courses are full time. The B.Ed programme which was recently started has an approved intake capacity of one hundred students where as the M.Ed programme intake has three times an approved intake capacity of fifty students. 

The process of admission of the different courses offered at Arunachala College of Education is through the mark obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admission policy of the college is compliance with the rule of the regulators of this college that is the State Government of Tamil Nadu, UT administration and the University to which it is affiliated.
