Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate who has passed the 10+2+3 (15) pattern of study and passed the X and XII examinations conducted by the respective State Board or CBSE or any other Board of Education/Examination recognized Board and UG Degree examination of the UGC approved Universities in any offered by The Directorate of School Education at the Secondary/Higher Secondary Education level. students (OC-50%, BC-45%, MBC-43% & SC/ST-40%) of the said marks in the Bachelor’s Degree are eligible for admission.

Admission Details

Admission shall be on merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University.
