Ashadeep Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya, Palghar, Maharashtra, is an affiliated college founded in 2007. This is a co-educational university with emphasis on preparing teachers and awarding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college maintains its functional base on 1 acres of land. Ashadeep Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya being one of the selective colleges in the state has a total strength of 162 students and faculty strength of 16. It is equipped with a number of amenities which are meant to support student learning in the institute. 

The library at Ashadeep Adhyapak Mahavidyalay is among the essential resources in any learning institution since it has ample space to accommodate 100 students with adequate seats. It contains all manner of books, encyclopedias, CDs, magazines, references, and research theses among other things. It also offers access with computers and internet services as well as photocopying services. The B.Ed course shall however aim at preparing students for the teaching profession and fitting them with the appropriate teaching competencies. 

Regarding admission to the B.Ed programme, Ashadeep Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya accepts admissions through Central Admission Process of the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra State only.
