Ashapurna Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Jalore: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Ashapurna Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Jalore, started in 2006 is an Affiliated college located in Rajasthan of India. This institution provides legal education alone and it is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). Present in a small 1.04 acre space, it provides three law programmes which have enrolment capacity of 331 students together. The faculty of the programme comprises 13 highly motivated personnel. Ashapurna Vidhi Mahavidyalaya offers traditional day courses in the undergraduate and postgraduate LLB programmes including integrated five-year BA LLB, as well as the masters’ LLM.

 This library also provides the legal information and study resource for students and faculty members. An auditorium allows holding events, conferences, seminars, and academic activities. There are sporting amenities that enables the learners to balance between their books and their physical activities. In this way, the college’s IT provision develops technology support for students use in their learning process. Ashapurna Vidhi Mahavidyalaya also provides the Moot Court practicing centre for the students to gain exposure in the legal professional exercising field resembling to the courtroom. Also, a health centre is there where first aid facility is also available to treat small illnesses of the students.

Ashapurna Vidhi Mahavidyalaya being a specialized institute in law offers a range of three complete time law courses. These categories include the regular three-year LLB programme, the combined five-year BA LLB programme and the 2-year LLM programme for masters. The intake capacity of the college has been approved by the college and the number of students intake is 240 for the two courses that includes 180 student’s intake for LLB and remaining 60 students intake for the BA LLB course. The intake capacity for the LLM programme is unknown. 

The students are admitted to this college through merit and as per the norms laid down by the university to which the college is affiliated. In these two programmes, the college considers the performance of candidates in their qualifying tests as and when offered.
