Asian School of Business was founded in 2005 and is an approved university entirely based in Technocity, Trivandrum, Kerala. This co-educational institute, a member of a university, has gained the reputation of an effective management education institute. ASB is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that means that all degrees provided correlate with high academic standards. The Asian School of Business mainly concentrates its course on offering quality management education with its masters in business administration commonly known as MBA. This course is a two-year full-course programme which was approved to admit 120 students due to striving to achieve proper ratio of students to teachers. The MBA programme is set to ensure that students acquire adequate knowledge of what is expected of them by the dynamic business world.

ASB has a strict procedure of admission which is done on merit. Any one of the management aptitude tests like KMAT Kerala, CMAT or CAT is mandatory and prospective students must present a valid score. The institute organises its own Group Discussion and Personal Interview to check the overall calibre of the candidates.
