The Asian School of Technology being an affiliated college was established in 2009 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Located in a vast area of 17 acres, this institution has established its reputation in imparting technical education only. It is AICTE approved college where diploma courses are provided in various fields of engineering. The institute aims at admitting 850 students and employs a faculty of 48 members which makes it prepare for academics and professional progress. This dedication has been illustrated in the kind of programmes offered, and these include five specialised areas of engineering.
In the Asian school of Technology, the following learning facilities are available to the students to foster their total development. Learners were also privileged to find a well-equipped technological library, central to the learning activities of the college. The fully air-conditioned e-Library currently houses more than 5000 textbooks and 20 journals of national and international reputation with the Library opening from 8 AM to 8 PM throughout the Weekends and Public Holidays. The institution also pays emphasis on the students’ all round development, the facility has athletic courts, gym, different clubs; Project Club, Robotics Club among others. While there are hostels for students who seek to be accommodated, they have different hostels for boys and girls. The campus is well connected with Wi-Fi hence preparing the students for this era of technology. A cafeteria servers healthy and clean foods and beverages, and the college owns bus named Purusottam Educational Rider to transport students and teachers to and from the college and the town.
ATS provides a total of five full-time diploma courses and all these courses are of three years’ duration. These courses are offered for all branches of engineering so that students should build a strong base for the particular field. The total approved intake of students in all its courses is 390 students. The diploma programmes that are available consist of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

Degree-wise Admission Process
Diploma in Civil Engineering: This program has an approved capacity of 60 candidates. Admission is based on the rank of the beneficiary in the qualifying examination and other additional criteria set forth by the institute.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering: With an approved intake of 120 students, this diploma program is possibly one of the bigger programs offered by the institute. Admission most likely considers the candidate's background in academic science and mathematics.
