Both the courses are through TS EAMCET ranking for Category A seats. In Category B seats, 60% marks in 10+2 would suffice for direct admission without TS EAMCET ranking.

M.Tech: The college offers five M.Tech specializations: Digital Systems and Computer Electronics, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Embedded Systems, and Computer Networks and Information Security. There is an approved intake of 18 seats in each M.Tech program.
