Pandit Shivdatta Shastri Educational Foundation’s ASMA Institute of Management was established in 2007. It is affiliated with the University of Pune and recognised by Govt of Maharashtra. ASMA Institute of Management is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute offers various courses at the postgraduate level. The ASMA Institute of Management courses include MBA and MCA. The college accepts scores of CET examinations, conducted by the State Common Entrance Cell, Maharashtra.

Before applying for the ASMA Institute of Management MBA course admission, the candidates should appear for the MAH MBA CET examination. For admission to the MCA course, candidates must have valid MAH MCA CET scores. The institute has a separate placement cell.
