AIMCMR: an institute that is purely devoted to mass communications and media studies. The future media experts trained at AIMCMR are made comprehensive of the industry's approaches. The Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication course: This is an entry-level diploma offering students a very basic introduction to and skills in journalism and mass communication. However, the official website of Assam Institute of Mass Communication and Media Research shows that the admission for the academic year 2020-2021 has started already. The last date to submit your application is 12th July, 2020. The seats are limited and hence applicants are requested to apply asap.
The eligibility criteria for MA in Mass Communication is that a candidate must have graduated from a recognised university in any discipline with a 45% aggregate score. PGD in mass communication and journalism candidates can apply for the admission directly in the 3rd semester as well.
For PGD in Mass Communication and Journalism, the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have graduated from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 45%.
