Aswini college of nursing, based in Thrissur, was started in the year 2004 is one of the premier college for nursing in Kerala of India. Situated in Nadathara, Thrissur, this affiliated college has the recognition from the Indian Nursing Council (INC). This institute has a large sized campus of 5.7 acres, it makes it suitable to conduct classes and give education to students. The Aswini College of Nursing has over all student strength of 243 and faculty strength of 29 making it an ideal environment. The college offers both, undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has 5 courses from 2 different study levels, addressing different nursing fields.

At the post graduate level, the college offers M.Sc in Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing for five students in each.
