Atmanand Teacher Training College was established in the year 2008 and is situated in the red city Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This is a co-educational college, which prides itself in being an affiliated college of the local university, offering largely teacher training programmes. Located in a land of 0.92689 acres, the college is has made its position in the field of education. The college consists of 195 total number of students and faculty of 16 members which make its environment of learning more specific for the teachers.

Atmanand Teacher Training College is proud to present a number of resources that would complement student’s learning at the college. A library is a place which should contain all necessary educational materials for students, so it plays the role of a knowledge base. Science laboratory is well equipped and there are specific lab for chemistry, physics and biology lessons. Not only these labs are meant to support and provide practical work but they are additional assets that may be useful for the demonstrations during practice teaching. Modern education is our pride as a college and this is evident from the availability of computer laboratory with thirty computers connected to the internet and outfitted with a laser printer in an air conditioned environment. Also there is a psychology laboratory which containing variety kinds of psychological tests published by different publisher in India to help students with their coursework of Educational Psychology.

Atmanand Teacher Training College currently offers one primary course, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This two-year full-time course provides students with all necessary knowledge for more successful academic practice as teachers. The college is primarily dedicated to this one teaching programme which makes it more personalised and comprehensive in the training of teachers. 

Regarding admission process Atmanand Teacher Training College follows admission policy as framed by the state Government UT administration and the University to which the college is affiliated. The admissions are merit based and therefore marks acquired in the qualifying test/entrance test are considered.
